As a young mother of 2 boys and two girls her children and her husband Paul were her whole life and priority. Yet Lucille always knew that there was something more out there for her to accomplish. A little over a year ago PiJa walked into Bon Anno Homes and was asked to come on board. With big shoes to fill she knew it wouldn't be easy. Our last administrator, Janet, was with Bon Anno for over 25 years.

The challenges to integrate her computer knowledge, administrative and organizational skills have certainly brought many positive changes to our office. PiJa shares her ideas with enthusiasm which has made the adjustment much smoother for management, agents & the entire Bon Anno team.

Her past experience includes 15 years spent in a supervisory capacity working with hospital discharge planners & social workers to ensure ailing patients a better quality of life as they were brought home. Constant communication with the loved ones of these patients has given PiJa a better understanding of the difficulties life can bring.

First moving to Massapequa in 1979 she instantly enjoyed her surroundings. PiJa & her husband Franco, or as we like to call him "Rocco", spent time living in different states as work required.
