It all began in 1984 when Lucille Bonanno opened BonAnno Realty ERA Powered Real Estate in a small storefront on Broadway in Massapequa, New York. Within three years, BonAnno Realty ERA Powered had to move to our current location in order to accommodate our forty-plus agents. In 1995 Lucille looked to her two sons, Gary and Russ, along with Al Pantino to help take the company to its current level which is the leading Independent Real Estate company in Nassau County.
